Required Items to Complete Your Membership With
Global Realty Services, LLC

1. Sign and return one copy of the Independent Contractor (pdf) agreement.

2. Sign and return one copy of the Policies and Procedures (pdf) agreement.

3. If today is between January 1 and June 30, enclose a check for $99.00 made payable to Global Realty Services, LLC for the first year membership fee.

4. If today is between July 1 and December 31 enclose a check for $50.00 made payable to Global Realty Services, LLC for the first year membership fee.

5. Complete the Transfer application (pdf), sign as Applicant and return the Sales Transfer application. Application must be typed.

6. Enclose a check for $20.00 made payable to The Ohio Division of  Real Estate.
