• Use us as an “outplacement
service” for
non-producing or marginally producing agents.
Licensees who have not been successful in a full or part-time real
estate career can
be successful as a referral associate with
Global Realty Services, LLC.
• Unless we
are directed otherwise (by the licensee or customer), leads in your market area placed
by members you “sponsor” into
our program go back through your office as
buyers and sellers.
• Other than
a 25% referral fee for a closed transaction, there are no costs to your company for our program.
• Build a “referral farm” of licensed (but “inactive”)
agents to place leads back to your office; we serve
as principal broker, coordinate referrals,
pay fees, provide 1099’s
etc.—you
receive referral leads, we do everything
else.
• Only cost
to the member is a $99.00 annual fee.
• Since we are not a REALTOR®,
our members do not pay
board dues or MLS fees.
• By “sponsoring” members,
you will not only be able to service leads from those licensees,
but also receive
leads from our other members who may have leads in your market area.
• Convenient on-line sponsorship—you
can simply complete the sponsorship
application on-line and
we will follow up with all
the details.
